Our store on McConnell Road in Aylmer opened in 1986, in a region that has grown into a bustling community with a great variety of commercial and retail activity. Yet, Aylmer still retains its Main-street charm near the water, easy access to the Gatineau parklands, and wonderful green spaces.

The Bonhomme store in Aylmer is packed with lumber, building supplies and hardware, yet retains a compact and easy to navigate footprint – a staple of all our stores.

Aylmer is also home to The Door Shop, our hugely successful interior doors and trim division. We can manufacture a pre-hung door to almost any style in our facilities. Whether you’re looking for solid wood, moulded panel or French doors, glass inserts, louvers, closet or pocket doors. If you can dream it, we can likely build it. The Aylmer also store features a huge showroom of door styles, trim, and accent mouldings.
